How to Apply for a Wilson Management Rental

Every applicant goes through the same steps, in the same order, against the same written criteria. That consistency is what fair housing law requires, and it is also what makes the process quick to get through.

  • Find a home — Browse the current listings above. Each one shows the rent, the deposit and the date it is available.
  • Arrange a viewing — Contact us about the specific property and we will arrange a time to see it.
  • Apply online — Submit your application through our apply for a home page. Every adult who will live in the home applies separately.
  • Screening — We review each application against the same written standards — rental history, income and the other factors set out in our criteria — and we tell you either way.
  • Sign and move in — Once approved you sign the lease and complete a move-in condition checklist. Washington requires that checklist before any deposit can be collected (RCW 59.18.260), and your signed copy is what protects you at move-out.

Nothing listed right now?

Our availability turns over constantly, and a home that is not listed today may be listed next week. Check back, or tell our team what you are looking for — the area, the number of bedrooms and roughly when you need to move — and we can point you to something suitable as it comes up.

Already renting from us? Pay rent and submit maintenance requests through the resident portal. Our resident FAQs cover deposits, rent increases, repairs and what Washington law entitles you to.
