Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in our Company.

I started this company to provide quality property management services on a personal basis for property owners in the Pacific Northwest. Our goal was to build long term relationships with our Clients that would weather the ups and downs of the real estate industry and the economy.

We have definitely accomplished this goal since we still manage an apartment for our first Client from 1982. Many of our current relationships have lasted for 10 to 25 years.
